  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that craftedcannabissolutions.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your craftedcannabissolution login.

  i talk to previous owner and he gave me this code [redacted] to take over the craftedcannabissolutions.com . can you let me know how to do it or you can do it for us

  That code is not something we can do anything with. The previous owner needs to log into their WordPress.com account and first add you as an Administrator on the website itself:

  https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site

  Then, they can follow the steps here to transfer the domain to you. This is not something we can do for them: ​

  https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/#transfer-domain-to-another-administrator-on-the-site

  Note there are more than one domain tied to this website, so they would need to repeat that process for any additional domains.

  Then, they will need to reach out to WordPress.com Support from their account page and request the ownership of the site be transferred to you. They can submit that request here:
