Transferring blog admin

  I’m doing some volunteer work for a local community group. Their last blog administrator fell out with them and won’t respond to any emails to allow us access to the existing blog. Is there a process where orgs/communities can get control of their blogs back when their admins leave without giving anyone the login details?

  The person who set up the site in the first place is the owner and that is the person who needs to instigate the transfer to another account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
