Transferring Blog from Bouquet to Simplepress

  I have set up a blog using the free theme: Bouquet. I have not activated it yet.

  Next week after my domains have been transferred I will begin building my website using the Elegant Theme: Simplepress. Simplepress had a built in blog.

  If I activate and start my blog using Bouquet, can it be merged or transferred into Simplepress when my site is ready to activate?

  If YES, where do I go to find out how to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Simplepress is a plugin which integrates in to self-hosted WordPress.org installations as opposed to the hosted WordPress.com sites which we have here. For more information about the differences between the two, we have created a page which helps:
