transferring blog to new account

I am trying to transfer a blog to a different account. I’ve followed the instructions and the final info says that an email will be sent to complete the process because this blog has a registered domain. I’ve waited and waited and no email – I really need to get moving on this so would appreciate any help getting it expedited.
I can’t find the live chat or would have used that to get help.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address.
The blog’s owner must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or transfer the blog and the upgrades to another username account.
Exactly which username accounts registered which blogs please?

I am having a similar problem to the above poster. I have a wordpress blog (The Puppy Buyer’s Primer) and I want to segregate it from my other sites with its own username and password. I am trying to get something ready for a deadline and wasting so much time because the other sites keep getting messed up and I have to fix it.
Can you tell me what steps I need to take to
1. Set up a new username for this account.
2. Set up a wordpress blog on my domain that I purchased that doesn’t refer back to wordpress.com
3. Permanently split off this site from the others. -
