transferring blog with domain upgrade

    I have two WP accounts and want to combine them into a single account. So I tried to transfer the blog in the other account across to this one. I ticked the box on the big red warning – and then received a message that support would need to contact me because the blog I want to transfer has a domain upgrade.

    That was more than 24 hours ago and I have heard nothing more. I could do it the other way – transfer this blog to the account that has the upgrade, but am no longer sure where I am in the process.

    Advice appreciated.

    I don’t see one of our auto-created support requests about transferring your site. If you’d like to do the transfer the other way, you’re free to do that. Or I can transfer your site the way you already tried.

    Just let me know what you’d like to do.

    Thank you. Not sure why the support request isn’t showing – I definitely received that message!

    In any event, I would like to transfer the blog on the account bhccharitycom to join the two already on this account. Just let me know if you need any more information. I can log in as bhccharitycom and confirm if you need me to do that.

    Thanks for the follow up. I need the bhccharitycom account to explicitly identify the site that you want transferred, or you can respond to the email from Velda about this.

    Can you please check your spam folder? As well as the “Social” tab if you’re using Gmail. The email will be send to the address associated with the originating account (bhccharitycom).
