transferring blogs to new blog

  I have 2 blogs written at http://myavantgardener.wordpress.com but I want to move them to my new site, http://tennesseegardener.wordpress.com. How can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As there are only two posts I would copy and paste to mo0ve them. However, you can export and then import if you wish.
