Hi there,
Staff can do this for you. I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. -
Howdy,
I’m happy to transfer the users who have subscribed to your blog either by email or via the WordPress.com Reader.
Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site. You might want to post a notice on your old site about your upcoming move to keep your readers informed.
Can you please reply back if you have any questions or let me know you would like to go ahead and move your subscribers?
Thanks!

Hi there! Yes I do want to move the subscribers BUT I’m upgrading servers right now so I’ve redirected the domain name back to my old WordPress.com site.
The new site should be up later this afternoon (11/14/13 – 3 pm PST). Can you wait until tomorrow morning (just to be on the safe side?)
Thank you!

Howdy,
Sure thing. I sat on my hands for a short bit and have started processing the migration now. It’ll take a few minutes for the number of followers you have to be transferred over.
Cheers and congrats on the new site!
