Transferring custom domain

  Hello, I am trying to transfer the domain http://www.jessicaburniston.com to my other WordPress account so it can be set up as a separate site. Currently it just points to my other site http://www.jabmediasolutions.com. I have followed the instructions for transferring to another administrator but this doesn’t seem to change anything or separate it away from http://www.jabmediasolutions.com and it doesn’t show up in the domains for the new administrator. I’m not sure what else to do?
