Transferring Domain

  Hello,
  I requested for domain transfer on 21-Apr-2022, from wordpress to shopify. Received verification email on 27-04-2022, which I verified.
  Now I need customer order data from wordpress/ woocommerce for 25, 26 & 27 April 2022. Since I received a few orders which was left unprocessed from our end and then the website was taken off from wordpress and not visible thereafter. Please help.

  We’ll be happy to take a look and see if we can help. What is the URL of the site in question? I am not seeing any sites or domains associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from.

  Hello,

  It was on wordpress.
  http://www.radheflutes.com

  It was transferred to shopify, now it has stuck somewhere.
  Still shows “Processing” on shopify and I’m unable to open wordpress.

  My business is getting affected here. Since website is neither found on wordpress and not reached to shopify even after making payment and verified it.
  Please help.

  Hi,

  radheflutes.com does not seem to have been registered with WordPress.com. Could you have perhaps had it registered elsewhere and used it with a site built with the WordPress software and hosted with another webhost?

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  In any case, whois info shows radheflutes.com as being registered with Shopify/Tucows (their domain partner) currently. I would encourage you to talk to the Shopify support team.
