Transferring domain

Hello – I wanted to transfer my domain to Shopify. I followed the advice of somebody on here who said to transfer it to MARKMONITOR which I did. Although I recently paid for this domain for two years with WordPress, it has now disappeared from my dashboard and I am unable to do anything further with it. However, it has not connected with Shopify either. Does anyone know what I can do?! Any help gratefully received!

Since you’ve moved your domain to another provider, the name server settings are no longer managed by WordPress.com. To change the name server settings, you’ll need to do so through your new domain registrar’s control panel or dashboard. Typically, you can find the DNS settings or name server options within the domain management section. There, you can remove the current name server settings (the ones that are still connecting to us) and replace them with the ones provided by Shopify.
