Transferring Domain

  I am trying to transfer my domain (points to WordPress and trying to tranfer between WordPress) but everytime I click transfer the page goes blank and nothing happens. What can I do?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  What do you mean by ‘points to WordPress and trying to tranfer between WordPress’ ?

  Hi there!

  I see that your domain is pointing to an external server using custom IP addresses. Would you like me to point it to your WordPress.com site? It will load your site at https://tcvineyards.wordpress.com once it’s pointing to WordPress.com IPs.

  I also noticed you transferred the domain without a WordPress.com plan. A WordPress.com plan lets you set your custom domain as the primary address. Without a paid plan, your domain redirects to the WordPress.com address instead.

  Hello,

  Thanks for your reply. Just to confrim, in order for my website (currently https://tcvineyards.wordpress.com to become http://www.tc-vineyards.com) I need to upgrade my domain plan and thereafter I will be able to action this?

  Hi @cyrilmeidinger! That’s correct. Once you pick one of our paid plans, such as the one @aisajib suggested, you’ll be able to set your custom domain as primary. How? Just like this.
