Transferring domain

    Hello

    I am having problems transferring my domain. I am moving it to wix.com and I seem to have done all that was requested as follows. It still does not allow me to progress and says to contact my registrar.

    1. Privacy protection is not turned on.
    2. Your domain is unlocked.
    3. The admin/registrant email address you gave your registrar is correct.
    4. At least 60 days have passed since you registered or transferred your domain.
    5. You have your authorization code.

    Could you please tell me where you’re receiving the error message? On Wix? If so, what is the precise error you’re receiving? What action are you taking that prompts the error message?

    You may need to contact Wix support to find out what addition information/action you need from WordPress.com.

    I have Unlocked you domain, to prepare it for transfer.

    Although you have purchased Private Registration for this domain, Private Registration is currently disabled to allow you to transfer the domain.
    If you don’t intend on transferring this domain to another registrar, you should re-enable Private Registration now.

    Hi there,

    Thanks again. I received the code a couple of days ago. When i try to proceed it still says it won’t work and to contact wordpress?!

    Any further ideas please?
