Transferring Domain

  Hey people

  So I am working redoing a website for a small business and they want the website to be used on squarespace. The website was previously created on WordPress. So i made the site and now I want to transfer the old domain from the wordpress account. Unfortunately my error message keeps saying that my “name server records” should be configured but I dont know what that means. I tried pointing the IP address to the squarespace site but it hasn’t worked and it has been 4 days.
