transferring domain

Currently my domain name is in redemption and I need to know how to transfer it. Please advise.

Hi there,

Also note that while in redemption, the domain name can be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost.

Thanks for confirming.

I’ve sent you a link via email to pay the redemption and renewal fees. Once we receive payment I can contact our registrar to restore the domain. Should the recovery fail, your payment will be refunded in full.

I see my colleague has also been helping you with this in a different thread as well, so you’ve actually received two separate payment links. In future, please don’t create multiple threads on the same issue.

Your domain has been restored by our registrar and is once again active on your site.
