Transferring domain

  This is a question regarding a site I created for an organization that I left shortly after. The domain was registered in my name but the current owners refuse to transfer or cancel the ownership and I am unable to access the account. I can provide proof of identity if necessary, my primary goal is just fixing this situation.

  Thanks! I looked at the recovery form but the organization also has control of the relevant email that I would need to get that information. Would it be better to contact the domain registrar directly?

  Hi there,

  If you provide the domain in question I can look into this, but we see the owner of the domain as the username account that registered the domain. Unless you can provide verification that you own the account in question, as outlined on the account recovery page, we won’t be able to help you.
