  I am wanting to transfer my domain to another site and I need the efc number to do that. Where do I get that information?

  @timtilleyministries100118 you have a few options.

  If you are pretty sure you have access to the email address on file, you can try using your contact form on your site. The correct email address should get a notification, then you can log out and log back in using that address.

  If you know that you do not have access to the email address, the next best thing is likely to find a transaction ID. Do not post it here. Do follow these steps to get it:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/#if-you-dont-have-access-to-the-receipt

  Then contact us privately via the account recovery form. A transaction ID will help you regain access to the account.

  It does not have a contact form so what is another way I could figure out the email associated with the account?

  Hi there, for the protection of our users, we have strict guidelines on what is and is not acceptable.

  If the upgrades and domain name were purchased with a credit card, you can look at the statements and get a transaction id.

  You can visit this page of ours, and see if you can get any of the information there and it will search and find the transaction.

  Why was I charged?

  Also take a look at this link, which gives you some information on finding a transaction id.
