Transferring domain and closing account

  Hello, I have been unable to create my website and wish to cancel my WordPress account. I would like to transfer my domain name and need guidance on how to do this and unblock it please. Thank you

  Hi @anya68491864c11, actually I don’t see any upgrades on this account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? And then you can either update us here, or reach out again via https://wordpress.com/help/contact .
