Transferring Domain — Deactivated Account

There was trouble transferring my account back to another host site. It looked like everything was active and running, but the transfer ended up being incomplete. My account was deleted so I cannot access my name servers in WordPress to update them to complete my Wix transfer. The account recovery forms are also not sending for me to get assistance that way.

I was able to find the account.
Would you be able to pull up the transaction ID from when you purchased the domain upgrade? You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchased the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
