Transferring Domain from one wordpress subscriber to another

  Our domain was purchased a year ago through GoDaddy and is hosted by WordPress. The actual account that it is associated with is through Sara Sams (no an ex board member). I would like to have the la Phoenikera Writers Guild site through wordpress associated with either myself (the founding director) or through the company itself. How do I go about accomplishing this?
