transferring domain from toddleninger.com to another WP blog

  Help!
  toddleninger.com/wordpress is my current site. I have been told by Daniel Gill(fisheye), who was handling things, that I need to set up a new blog and that he is dropping me from his account 12/31/2012 at midnight.
  Ownership of my domain name has been transferred at the cheapname.com site and is now mine.
  Do I need to transfer my blog? I set up a new blog under the username tvleninger, but cannot insert my toddleninger.com as the site. How do I correct this?
