Transferring domain from WordPress to Bluehost

Hi,
I was transferring my domain yesterday to Bluehost. I have done all the 4 steps (EPP code, changed name servers and so on). Now I need to transfer my files from WordPress to Bluehost. In the support they said I need to ask for Backup. Where I can get that?

As you are moving to a self-hosted site, keep this support guide handy: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/

There are no files to move. You will have to export content from your WordPress.blog ( step 3) and import it to your new site ( step 4).

Hello

i recently acquired a premium with wordpress.com and i was wondering how it works if i want to cancel the premium get my reimbursement but just pay for the domain so that i can keep it so that i can transfer it to a self hosted service after the 60 day waiting period on domain transfer since i got only 30 days to cancel my premium so that i still qualify for reimbursement.

You can surely cancel the Premium plan but keep the domain. I tagged this post for Staff’s attention so they can help you with that.
