Transferring domain month 4

    Well I have been trying to transfer it at very least point this domain to my web site just at squarespace. At this point it seems you are holding my domain hostage considering I have corposponded with you dozens and dozens of times and tried every Avenue you suggested and still after paying easy dns a fee to receive my domain transfer and getting emails from your company stating transfer is in process and takes several days it’s been two months and easy dns said my domain is still parked here at word press?? HOW DO I TRANSFER OR AT THIS JUNCTURE AT LEAST POINT MY “sideshowgypsyband.com wed domain name to my squarespace space site?
    A phone number I can call would help this 4 month on going nightmarish waste of time. Thank
