Transferring domain naim

I have an old blog called Art of Uncouth (www.artofuncouth.wordpress.com). I switched the name from Art of Uncouth to Inky Sparrows, so that’s where all my posts and followers are. I saved ‘Art of Uncouth’ as a dormant site so I could keep the name, and now I want to rename my real blog (InkySparrows.wordpress.com) BACK to ‘Art of Uncouth’, so that the URL is ‘www.artofuncouth.wordpress.com’. How do I do this?

You have two separate sites:
https://inkysparrows.wordpress.com/
and
http://artofuncouth.wordpress.com/You cannot the change the URL. What you can do is create an export file of content https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/ and import that XML export file content https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/ from one site to the other.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Tools.
Dashboard > Tools > Export
