Transferring domain name

  I have a domain name with Simple Site and I am attempting to transfer it to WordPress. I have gotten them to unlock but I have not received an authorization code. Is there any other way to complete the transfer?

  Hello,

  You will need an authorization code in order to transfer a domain to WordPress.
  If you did not receive it, contact your current domain registrar, inform them and get them to send a new one.
