transferring domain name

    I alrdy hv domain name at GoDaddy.com . Shoud I transfer to wordpress or continue

    I suppose you have a WordPress.com website and want to use (or already using) your domain registered with GoDaddy.

    You CAN keep your domain at GoDaddy and point it to your WordPress.com website. And if you WANT TO transfer everything to WordPress.com, you could do so as well. Please see domain mapping vs domain transfer.

    So, you’re not required to transfer your domain, and it’s really a question of whether or not you WANT TO transfer it or not.

    If this domain is the only service you have with GoDaddy, I would personally transfer the domain so I’ll have only one provider to deal with. On the other hand, if you have other services with GoDaddy, then I wouldn’t transfer.
