Transferring Domain Name after Cancelled Premium

  I need the information to transfer my domain name, however I’ve cancelled my Premium account already and cannot access anything at the moment.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am not seeing that you registered a domain with your WordPress.com Premium.

  What domain are you looking to transfer? Let me know and I will dig further into the situation and see if I can figure out what has happened.

  thesensepilates.com is the domain name.

  When we signed up for it initially we thought we would be able to use Flash/swf files but later found out we are unable to so we resorted to getting another host and cancelled WordPress Premium.

  Unfortunately we did not think to get the information to transfer the domain name before hand, thought we’d be able to after the fact.

  When registering for the host we entered the domain and it said that it was still with another provider (you guys.)

  I’m seeing thesensepilates.com as available to be registered. Double checking at a registrar like GoDaddy shows it to be available.

  I think you are good to go. Just pick your choice of registrar and register thesensepilates.com anew.
