Transferring Domain Name between wordpress blogs

    I have a web domain name registered with WordPress – charityjoyphotos.com but it is linked to my charityjoygreen.wordpress.com account. I would like it to be linked to my other blog charityjoyphotos.wordpress.com. How do I transfer the domain name between different wordpress blogs?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
