transferring domain not working

  hi there, I am trying to transfer my domain away from WordPress. I have followed the steps, but I have got an email saying this:

  ‘Express written objection to the transfer from the Transfer Contact. (e.g. – email, fax, paper document or other processes by which the Transfer Contact has expressly and voluntarily objected through opt-in means).’

  I have been trying to resolve the issue on my own but I don’t know what the problem is. Please help! any thanks.

  Hello there. Thanks for reaching out. I’ve checked the status of that domain and I can’t see any blocks on there. It’s possible your new service requires the domain privacy to be off but it may be worth checking with them as this might reveal your personal details. If that is the case you can turn that off with the following steps …

  1. Visit your site’s dashboard.
  2. On the left side, navigate to Upgrades → Domains.
  3. Click on the domain you wish to edit.
  4. Click on the “Contact information” section.
  5. Toggle the “Privacy protection” option to the off position.
