Transferring Domain registrar from goDaddy to WordPress.com

  Hi,
  So 2 years ago, I bought a domain from goDaddy (worth $13)/year instead of buying the same domain from wordpress.com (it was $18/year), in order to be more cost effective.

  But it turns out that if I use the domain from goDaddy, I still have to pay the price of domain mapping ($13/year) to wordpress.com. Which means I ended up paying $26/month.

  That being said, is there anyway for me to transfer the registrar of my domain, permiaschicago.org, from goDaddy to WordPress.com, so that I can only pay once and also cheaper?
