transferring domain to a new WordPress blog site

  I currently have 1 blog at WordPress called “Postcards for a Runaway” at the url http://billmagill.com/. In December last year I added the DNS interprizegroup.com, and the url http://interprizegroup.com/ directs readers to the same blog. Now I would like to add a second separate blog at WordPress and transfer http://interprizegroup.com/ to that blog site. How do I do this? Many thanks,
