Transferring domain to another site

Hello I am trying to transfer my domain from a wordpress site to wix site. I am not sure if it has worked some information I found said it could take up to 48-72 hours to make the transfer. it has been three days and still is not working. On the wordpress site I read that domains can only be transferred up to 60 days after registration, and it has been months since I created my domain with wordpress. I deleted my word press site and completed my six one, but when i search for the new site the old work press site comes up saying my website does not exist! I am running a business and need the site up and running, and unfortunately I am not good at this technical stuff and would appreciate some help! Is there anyway to fix this?! Thank you!

When you deleted your site you also canceled your domain.
So that we are on the same page, once you decided to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site.

I can try and retrieve the domain from our registrar so that you can use it for your Wix site, if you like. Let me know.

Thank you for your response. I would appreciate if you could try to retrieve it. Even if it can only be used through wordpress that is fine. I am in the process of working with a web designer, so she may be able to help me create what I want with wordpress host. Thank you so much! Please let me know what else I can do to help with this!

I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore jenndefeoyoga.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.
