Transferring Domain To Another Site

  Hello, I’d like to transfer the domain from my WordPress site to another platform. However, the instructions I’ve found online appear out of date:

  Is there current information someone could point me to for guidance? Thank you!

  Hi there!

  The document you linked is not outdated, if you’re trying to transfer out the domain justinbsutton.com, you won’t be able to because it’s not registered in WordPress.com :)

  You’ll want to transfer it directly from your registrar’s side: Doteasy Technology Inc.

  Got it! That’s super helpful and I wondered if that might be the case. I’m honestly not sure how I ended up registering with Doteasy when I created the WordPress site a few years back, so that was tripping me up. I’ll contact them directly. Really appreciate your help!
