Transferring domain to godaddy and SSL is preventing transfer

    I’m trying to make a godaddy domain name that was used with WordPress.org hosting as primary domain for a managed wordpress godaddy account and GoDaddy is seeing that domain has an SSL that’s preventing me from doing this and it’s coming from WordPress.com

    Can you please help with this?

    Hi there,

    SSL cannot provide a domain transfer. SSL is what encrypts traffic to your site so people cannot spy on you or your site’s visitors. It has nothing to do with the domain registration.

    What domain are you trying to transfer? I don’t see any domains that belong to your account.

    You had a domain, theanonymousconcern.com, but you cancelled that domain two days ago so you no longer own it. It is not possible to transfer a domain that has been cancelled. If you still want that domain, let me know and I can try to get it back before it is deleted at our registrar.
