Transferring Domain to new registrar.
-
Hello,
I am attempting to switch my domain name to another registrar. I have been following the insturctions an have unlocked the domain to be transferred, but the step after that in regards to sending the EPP email I am having an issue with. Your instructions state:
Send the transfer authorization code (EPP code)
The last thing to do here is to send the transfer authorization code. Under Domain Settings, find the line starting with Authorization Code, and click on Email my code. A confirmation will pop up – click on Send to have the code delivered to the email address you entered when you registered the domain.
I am not seeing a domains settings tab that gives access to to “authorization code” or to “email my code”. Could you please direct me to the appropriate place to do so or could you email me the EPP code?
Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Which domain are you attempting to transfer?
The link for emailing your authorization code should be at the bottom of the Settings tab, underneath the Lock setting that you used, as shown in this screencap here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/#unlock-the-domainIs that not what you see in your Domain Manager?

Nope that is not what I see at all:

That is what I see when i log in following the instructions provided by wordpress. I am also ok with keeping my domain registry through wordpress and just having this point to my new blog, but your instructions don’t really address that well either. Your site requires I enter in two nameservers and the new site only provides me with one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Image attachments can’t be sent through the forum, but if you upload that image to your Media Library, I can look at it there.
Meanwhile, I logged into your domain manager and emailed you the authorization code. Let me know if you did not receive the email.
