-
Hi,
I need to transfer my domain livewithms.com to wordpress.org.
When I go to “My Domain” it does not give an edit button like in the example on your site so I am unable to do anything. What can I do? How can you help? Do you have a contact phone number for support?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://who.is/whois/livewithms.com tells me that your domain registrar is not WordPress.com
I wonder what do you see in your My Domain page.
Could you elaborate what exactly are you trying to do?

Hello,
It’s good to hear from you.
I can only log in… then I see the block where my site is that I “had” been able to click on to get to the dashboard… but “Jetpack” is in red right below that block… and it has everything frozen. I even hired a company to go in and get “jetpack” out of there, and they were unable to do it. If I could just get to the dashboard, I would be able to disable Jetpack….. my daughter figured that one out; however, Jetpack is not allowing me to get to the dashboard.
I am trying to transfer my domain name to wordpress.org but until I can get it unlocked, I am totally stuck.
Help!!! -
I am unsure if I understood what you were saying. I tagged this post for Staff’s help. So please hold on until they get a chance to look at your case and help you.

Hi there livewithms2014,
I need to transfer my domain livewithms.com to wordpress.org.
When I go to “My Domain” it does not give an edit button like in the example on your site so I am unable to do anything.
What can I do? How can you help? Do you have a contact phone number for support?Your domain is already pointed to BlueHost and it appears you’re correctly running the WordPress.org software. Nothing regarding domain settings is required here on WordPress.com, because you do not have a domain registered here at WordPress.com.
You do you have a Jetpack plugin connection, which lets you use many WordPress.com features on your self-hosted site. You do not need to transfer your site to WordPress.org, you’re already there.
I can only log in… then I see the block where my site is that I “had” been able to click on to get to the dashboard… but “Jetpack” is in red right below that block… and it has everything frozen.
It sounds like you’re trying to login to your self-hosted site via WordPress.com.
You can login directly to your dashboard here:
http://www.livewithms.com/wp-admin/
Once there, you can disconnect Jetpack if you like. After logging in, click on Plug-ins.
Deactivate the Jetpack plugin:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Uninstalling_Plugins
You’ll then have no connection to WordPress.com.
Best,
