Transferring domains

  I’m looking at different articles about transferring to a wordpress.org site and the directions show to use “export” under Tools. I’m not seeing that on my site, when I click on Tools it shows a “Press This” bookmarklet and how to post by email.

  How else can I find this export option?

  After doing more digging I think that I did not have administrator access on the account.
