transferring domains within wordpress

how do I transfer domains within wordpress? I’ve created two new blogs but want to transfer the domains from my previous wordpress blog.
I already own valweissphotography.com and would like to transfer it to this blog: http://valweissphotographyblogdotcom4.wordpress.com/
I also own valweissphotographyblog.com and would like to transfer it to this blog: http://valweissphotographyblogdotcom4.com/there’s quite a bit of info on the forums about this but I’m not sure which instructions to follow. thank you!

perfect. thank you!
the only other issue I’m having (which only started today) is when I go to customize either site it’s not allowing me to change anything. essentially the ‘save’ button is grayed out and reads as ‘saved’ but the ‘cancel’ button is still usable.
strange.

The save button is supposed to stay greyed out until you make a change somewhere and they it will become clickable. Is this not happening for you?
