Transferring email subscribers

  I have transferred all my content from my wp.com blog to my new wp.org site and all is well. How do I transfer my email subscribers? I understand from reading the forums that you need to do this?
  My new blog is http://margaretmoon.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need the JetPack Plug-in installed then the staff can move your subscribers for you

  Thanks so much. The old blog is also called design basics , but it was was originally registered as designingminds so it might show up as that on your list. Hope that makes sense.
  Can you tell me about how long this will take (just so I know)
