Transferring email subscribers from wordpress.com to self-hosted site
-
I’ve combed through the forums and see that I need to have one of the Happiness Engineers help me move my email subscribers. I don’t see where I can request that on the en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ link that is typically listed. Anyone have a direct link?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there – To start the process you’ll need to download and install the JetPack plugin on your self hosted WordPress blog. I’ve marked this thread for a WordPress.com staff member to assist you from here.
Best of luck!

Hi there,
Please let me know exactly from which WordPress.com site and to what WordPress.org site you like your subscribers transferred.
Once I get that I can get it transferred shortly!
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Hello!
Thanks for the quick response. We have JetPack installed.
WordPress.com > http://www.plantswomandesign.wordpress.com
Wordpress.org > http://www.plantswomandesign.com/landscape_designHow do I contact you directly? Or do I post on the forum and you’ll pick it up?
Thank you very much!

You are so speedy! I do have a question… On the .com Follow Blog Widget it says we have 121 followers. I see on the .org site it now says we have 28 blog followers so I’m not sure where the 121 went…

Hi there,
Please note that the Follow Blog Widget also includes your Twitter/Facebook followers from Publicize which are not transferred. Please note that if you set up Facebook, the widget would include your Facebook friends in that total. Sorry about the confusion.
As for what was transferred were your 15 WordPress.com subscribers and 8 email subscribers.
Cheers!
