Transferring files to a new host

  I have two questions.
  1) I have a blog right now on WordPress.com. http://www.asavvysaver.com. I have just upgraded to a new webhost for my wordpress blog. I would like to transfer the files from my wordpress.com blog to my hosted wordpress blog with a host. Is this possible? 2) If so, what are the steps?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
