Transferring followers

  HI, recently I moved my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and I can’t seem to get my followers on my wordpress.org. If Possible can you please redirect people from my old wordpress.com page to my new one.

  You have to install and activate JetPack. Then you return to this thread and post both the self hosted WordPress.org site URL and the .wordpress.com blog URL. Staff will transfer your email subscribers only, as followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred.

  thanks, I’ve just added jetpack to my plugin. my self hosted url is: http://www.canvasreplay.net and the url hosted by wordpress is canvasreplay.wordpress.com.
