transferring followers

  I have just moved my wordpress.com site to a self hosted site. I have lost all my followers. how can i get these transferred as well? my blog name is getfithappyhealthy.com. It has not changed.

  Since you have your Jetpack site connected, you can follow these instructions to transfer your followers:
