Transferring Followers

  I started a second wordpress.com blog and I would like to transfer my followers (both blog and email) to the newer blog.
  I need to do this, as I shall be shutting down the old blog (wordpress.com) and deleting the URL.

  Kindly guide me as to how to do the same.

  The initial URL is randomisedinfusions.wordpress.com

  The second URL to which I wish to transfer my followers is ramakrishnandn.wordpress.com
