transferring followers

  Hi,
  I have just moved from dontmindgem.wordpress.com to dontmindgem.com but I want my followers, subscribers and likes moved over. Please can you do this for me?

  Also, now that I have migrated to self hosted, do I delete my wordpress.com site?
