Transferring followers

  Hi, I have a blog named ourlastsummer2013 on wordpress, along with another blog on wordpress called as thepensivereverie. I would like to transfer my followers from the former (ourlastsummer2013) to the latter (thepensivereverie), basically from one wordpress to another wordpress site. I was told that I should contact the wordpress support to do this, but unfortunately haven’t been receiving any response. What should I do?
