Transferring followers and page views to new blog via jet pack plugin?

  Hi there, I am looking for some help! My original blog was wordpress and I have over 14,000page views and loads of followers which I don’t want to loose but I’ve recently set up a new wordpress-hosted site. I am wanting to transfer my followers and site stats from http://www.lovelifeandhappyeverafter.com (wordpress site) to http://www.allthebuzz.co.uk (wordpress hosted site). Can someone help me with this please? I’d be delighted if it can be done! I have jet pack installed, is there anything else I need to do? Many thanks!
