Hello!
This is an issue that an official member of the WP team can take care of for you. I’ve tagged it for their follow up!

Thanks for providing that update. Please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when Staff they respond and be patient while waiting. :)

Hey calindax, I actually saw your request to move subscribers in another thread and took care of that for you. All your wordpress.com subscribers should now show up on your wordpress.org site under Jetpack stats.
Let me know if it didn’t work. Happy blogging. :)

Ummm…so I’m having another problem. Since the 9th, I just realized I received 15 emails from wordpress about new registrations on my site. My followers list and number (89), however, hasn’t changed. Could you check it out for me?
-
Hi calindax: I just subscribed to your site and it seemed to work. Your follower number went up by one.
I do see a bunch of “pending” subscribers, which means people may have entered the form on your site but not clicked to confirm their subscription in the follow-up email. But I’m not convinced that’s the explanation for what’s happening.
I just sent you an email and we’ll continue the digging into this there, in case we need to exchange private information not fit for the public forum.
Please make sure you the email address on your WordPress.com account is current: https://wordpress.com/#!/settings/account/ If it’s not, please update it and reply back here to let me know. Thanks!
