Transferring followers from .com to .org

  How can I transfer wordpress.com followers to wordpress.org? I recently switched to self-hosting and I had no idea that my followers wouldn’t transfer. Is there a way to do this? I have about 300 followers from wordpress.com and would hate to lose them.

  my wordpress.com address was reachyourpeakdotcom1.wordpress.com

  I can do this for you. Can you confirm that you want the followers from reachyourpeakdotcom1.wordpress.com to be transferred to reach-yourpeak.com ?

  You are all set. I migrated 267 WordPress.com Subscribers & 21 Email Subscribers from reachyourpeakdotcom1.wordpress.com to yourpeak.com/.

  Just a heads up: It can take several hours for this transfer to appear in your stats.

  Facebook and Twitter followers are not part of this migration.
