Transferring followers from one address to another

  I changed the address of my blog from stephenphillips747 to residentalien000…but managed to mislay my handful of followers.

  How do I transfer them to the new address?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  Not sure if I’m understanding this correctly. Would you like to transfer your subscribers from stephenphillips747 to residentalien000? Or is it the other way around? stephenphillips747.wordpress.com seems to be the newer blog of the two.
