Transferring followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  I need to transfer my followers and subscribers from my wordpress.com to my self-hosted wordpress.org site. I have installed JetPack, but need this done. How do I do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can help you with that. Just to make sure we’re on the same page, I assume that you are wanting me to transfer them from http://texasteachingfanatic.wordpress.com/ to http://texasteachingfanatic.com/. Is that correct?

  Yes, that is correct. Will it transfer the WordPress AND email subscribers?

  Yes, it transfers both WordPress and email subscribers. It does not transfer any social media subscribers as those are beyond our control.
